Manage invoices

Invoices

You can find all invoices is this overview. You can divide these invoices in 3 categories (each have their own tab) open (open invoices), paid (paid invoices) and refunded (refunded invoices).

Delete an invoice

1. Go the the invoice overview
2. Open the invoice you need
3. Click ‘delete’
4. Are you sure? To confirm, click ‘confirm’, to go back, click ‘cancel’

Validate or send an invoice

1. Go the the invoice overview
2. Open the invoice you need
3. Click ‘Validate’
4. The system will ask you if you are sure you want to change the status of the invoice. If you are, click ‘confirm’, if not, click ‘cancel’.
5. By validating the invoice the status of the invoice will change from ‘draft’ to ‘open’.
6. After this you can email the invoice by clicking ‘send’ – ‘e-mail’
7. Check the information in the pop-up screen:

  • Customer email addresses: this is the email the invoice is send to, you can use one or multiple email addresses
  • Email address: this email address is used as sender
  • Message: It is optional to add a message here
  • Include payment link: tick the box if you want to include the payment link in the email

8. Click ‘send’ to send the email or click ‘close’ to cancel
