Your role as a sales director of our company

You'll get started right away! Because as an experienced Sales Director you've got a hands-on mentality. What we mean by that is that one of your first priorities is to further build up the sales team. The team currently consists of a number of sales professionals, but there should be more. Your responsibility is to plan, execute and make this growth successful.

At the same time, turnover has to grow and that means everyone has to work together. So, as a Sales Director, you also participate in the acquisition of new customers and the further deepening of existing accounts. And you wouldn't want it any other way, because you are commercial at heart!

You are familiar with making sales forecasting, you know how to make smart use of data and you know how to use online sales tools effectively.

To your team you are a real team player, but when necessary you stand up for yourself. Successes and objectives must be achieved. And these are obviously ambitious. Fortunately, you like a challenge!

What you will bring to the table:

  • You have experience building and expanding a sales team;
  • You have experience in conquering new international markets;
  • You have a network in the world of large SaaS and e-commerce projects;
  • You are experienced in drawing up, executing and adjusting (strategic) sales plans;
  • You are a motivating manager who stands next to his colleagues;
  • Words that best describe you are: result-oriented, energetic, structured and ambitious.
