Your role as Project Manager 👀
You meet interesting companies that want to get the most out of their e-commerce. You are the person who will help them and our partners set up the 3D configurator. You like to work on a project basis and to deliver a good project within a predetermined scope, as our aim is always a happy customer.

- Together with the Professional Services team, support the Sales team in determining a realistic project scope and ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction
- Managing and supporting teammates where necessary during the execution of a project. You are also responsible for a good, structured and accurate planning for the project
- Pro-actively communicate to both our customers and internal employees about the status and progress of the project
- Being in contact with many customers where you act as the expert. You develop and maintain relationships and ensure clarity between the different teams and the customer
- Ensure proper delivery of projects. In addition, you facilitate a smooth transfer to our Customer Success department or identify new opportunities for Sales
- Being the linchpin of our company. A good start is half the battle and all customers start with you. You keep several balls in the air and you know how to translate technical language so that the customer understands it
- Running multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Guaranteeing the quality of the completed projects. Quality before quantity💎
What you’ll bring to the table 💼
- 2-5 years of experience in project management
- A Bachelor (HBO) degree or higher
- Preferably experience with project management in the IT sector
- Experience in planning and organizing
- English is your second language, in word and writing (at least at business-speaking level)
- A flexible and independent attitude 🤸
- Task-oriented and out of the box thinking
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence
