We respect everyone’s privacy and ensure that the personal data that you provide is treated confidentially. The processing of the personal data takes place in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.


The provision of personal data is not mandatory

Providing personal data is not mandatory. You always have the choice whether you want to provide personal data. For a number of our services, it is necessary to provide personal data. If personal data is requested, the data which is necessary to use the service will be indicated. Therefore, it is indicated which data has to be provided and the provision of which data is optional. Please note that not providing certain data may mean that some services cannot be delivered.

Purposes of data processing, the legal basis

Retention period

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an email, the data you send to us will be kept for as long as this is necessary for the complete response and processing. All other personal data will be retained up to one year after our services have stopped, unless other statutory retention periods apply. This applies, for example, to the (financial) administration (7 years) and applications (4 weeks).



Passing personal data on to third parties

All data, including that of our customers, is processed regionally. This means that all data in Europe is actually stored on servers in Europe. This automatically means that the data of our customers in Asia is stored on servers in Asia, in North America on servers there, and so on.


Click behavior and visit data

General visitor data is kept on the website. We try to anonymise this data, insofar as possible. This information is not provided to third parties. We use the data exclusively for statistical analyses of visitor and click behavior on the website and marketing purposes. The following data can be tracked:

  • The IP address of your computer
  • The time of the request
  • Information that the visitor’s browser sends


Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how users use the website and how effective our Adwords ads on Google search result pages are. The information obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We have not permitted Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. Furthermore, we do not share information with Google, other than for our own purposes.

On our site, buttons are included to promote or share pages on social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. These buttons are realised by code that is supplied by Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter itself. This code places, among other things, a cookie. The privacy statements change regularly.
