The provision of personal data is not mandatory
Providing personal data is not mandatory. You always have the choice whether you want to provide personal data. For a number of our services, it is necessary to provide personal data. If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an email, the data you send to us will be kept for as long as this is necessary for the complete response and processing. All other personal data will be retained up to one year after our services have stopped, unless other statutory retention periods apply. This applies, for example, to the (financial) administration (7 years) and applications (4 weeks).
Passing personal data on to third parties
All data, including that of our customers, is processed regionally. This means that all data in Europe is actually stored on servers in Europe. This automatically means that the data of our customers in Asia is stored on servers in Asia, in North America on servers there, and so on.
Click behavior and visit data
General visitor data is kept on the website. We try to anonymise this data, insofar as possible. This information is not provided to third parties. We use the data exclusively for statistical analyses of visitor and click behavior on the website. The following data can be tracked:
