NuBuiten is a Dutch wood trading company with a strong focus on e-commerce, that specializes in selling wooden boards, fences, garden sheds and more. Selling garden sheds online was a big struggle as it was very difficult to explain all the possible options and combinations of the products. The traditional product images and descriptions were not sufficient to showcase the sizes, colors and possible layouts of the sheds.
3D experience with price calculation and PDF generation
NuBuiten partnered with Expivi to implement a 3D configurator on their website. This allowed customers to visualize the garden sheds in a 360-degree view, zoom in and out, and customize the size, wall types and other options according to their preferences.
They could choose from various colors, materials, and designs, and using our unique Web Augmented Reality solution they were able to get an accurate feeling of how the shed would look in their own garden.
