Expivi is a Tech scale-up company based in the heart of Eindhoven. We are building the no 1 SaaS solution for visual e-commerce. Our platform is used by many famous brands for personalization and configuration of products. We work for companies like L’Oréal, Big Green Egg, Rituals, Zippo and Crocs.
We are the 3D and Augmented Reality (AR) product configurator that gives customers an immersive experience with product customization and personalization. Our customers use our solution to present products in 3D and in AR on their online channels. Expivi supports real-time visualization, pricing and business rules within our visual coding rule system.

Your role as Configuration Specialist
You will join our 3D team consisting of 3D/technical artists and project managers and will be creating immersive experiences for our clients. You are working in 3D software and in our SaaS platform to set up the product configurators for our clients. Together with the team you create and/or optimize 3D models, textures, set up scenes and build up the product logic. You are the person who makes the 3D models come to life and create stunning configurators for your projects.
What you will be doing
- Create and/or optimize 3D models
- Create 3D configurations with corresponding hierarchical arrangement
- Using node based programming to set-up product logic
- Communicating with your team and project manager
- Working proactively, independently and in an orderly manner
- Meeting customers where you bring in your knowledge of 3D and our solution
- Ensure proper delivery of your responsibilities within a project
- Learning to use the Expivi platform to its full extent
- Run multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines
- Guarantee the quality of the delivered products. Quality before quantity
What you’ll bring to the table
- 2+ years experience in 3D modeling and texture creation
- Completed MBO+ / HBO in Art, Game Design or Media (preferred BUAS / NHTV)
- Experienced in planning and organizing
- Proficient in English
- Must have skills: Autodesk Maya/3Ds Max/Blender and Photoshop
- It is an advantage if you have experience with programs such as: Inkscape, Marvelous and Substance Painter/Designer
