What you will be doing 💼
As a Project Manager at Expivi, your main objective is to ensure smooth project management, client satisfaction, and the seamless operation of our services. Your daily tasks will involve:
- Email Management: Begin your day by managing and responding to emails from our internal teams and clients.
- Research: Collaborate closely with our sales team to understand project requirements and contractual agreements.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring they’re well-informed and content.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. These plans should align with one another and meet client expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our 3D artists and development teams to guarantee flawless project execution and alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Client Updates: Regularly keep clients informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential challenges. Providing peace of mind and transparency.
What you’ll bring to the table
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in software or e-commerce.
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, particularly the Atlassian suite.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- A hands-on approach to getting things done.
